Prosimians are more primitive than monkeys and apes.

The animals which are in this group are Lemurs and Lorises.

These have large ears, long body, long limbs and have a long bushy tail.

 Prosimians live in forests and are usually nocturnal

except for some lemurs.

Most of them are found in Madagascar and some of them in Africa and Asia (Lorises).
