Giraffes are animals that are big ruminant and are the tallest mammals which have Very long neck with short, upstanding mane, high shoulders sloping steeply to hindquarters; long legs nearly equal in length.  The word giraffe means (camel marked like a leopard) .They have spotted pattern on their skin. They have a long prehensile tongue for grasping food and using their tongue for kneeling and drinking by spreading their legs wide apart. They live in Very social; found in loosely organized herds of up to 50 individuals. Giraffes main predators are lions, hyenas, wild dogs; usually only calves are vulnerable. Both young and adults are hunted by humans.
