The face is black with conspicuous white "mutton-chop" cheeks and a heart-shaped white spot on the nose. Range - The Guenon lives in Sierra Leone to Ghana, in Western Africa. Habitat - It lives in upper levels of primeval forest trees, tropical and temperate rainforest. Diet - It eats fruits, flowers, young leaves, insects and invertebrates. Status - Now they are in the brink of extinction. Reason for the status - This happens because of hunting and habitat destruction.
