Range - The Javan Rhino lives in Indonesia and Vietnam

Habitat -  They live in lowland tropical rainforest.

Diet -  They eat a wide variety of vegetation including leaves, fruits, twigs and bark. 

Status - There are now 60 Javan Rhinos left in the wild. 0ne in Java, Indonesia, and the others in Vietnam

Reason for the Status - This is because of poaching, habitat destruction , and hunting  this has been happening.

Description : 

They can grow slightly larger than the Sumatran species. They are gray and share the armored-plate look of the greater one-horned rhino, which is also known as the Indian rhino.

Head to Body Length : 6-11.5 ft (2.0-.4 m)

Tail Length : 70 cm ( 28 inches)

Height : 1.5-1.7 m (5-5.5 feet)

Weight : 900-1,400 kg (2,000-3,000 lbs )

Gestation : 16 months

Longevity : 35 to 40 years

Horn Length : 10 in (25 cm)
